Delete my account

This is the recommended method. Deletion is immediate, without waiting for support.

1. Open Nousfy and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Open Configurações (Settings).
3. Select Minha Conta (My Account).
4. Select Excluir Conta (Delete Account) and follow the confirmation instructions in the app.

If you cannot access the app or complete deletion, request it using the email below. Send the message from the same email address registered to your Nousfy account, including if you sign in with Google.

State that you wish to delete your Nousfy account and briefly describe the difficulty. Do not send passwords, access codes, card details or the content of your reflections.

The request will be fulfilled within 30 days, without prejudice to applicable statutory rights and deadlines. Sending the email does not delete your account immediately.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Registration data and account preferences are removed from our active systems, including account access data, settings and associated progress indicators.

In-app deletion also clears local records on the device used. Reflections are not stored on our servers and cannot be recovered by support.

For email requests, we delete data under our control. We cannot remotely erase reflections saved on your devices. Clear local app data on each device to remove them.

Only data necessary to meet legal obligations may be retained for the period required by applicable law. Purchase records held by Google Play or the App Store follow the store’s own policies.

Privacy Policy

Deleting your account or uninstalling Nousfy does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel renewal in Google Play or the App Store using the purchasing account to prevent future charges.
